The basics are hard to come by these days, even with two adults working. We have two beautiful children, ages 2 and 15. We just need a little help to find a house our family fits in. Currently, we have a two-bedroom apartment, and no matter how hard we strive to get into a three-bedroom home, it feels impossible with the incomes we both make. One of our cars is also showing signs of decay.

My partner, in his 40s, and myself, in my late 30s, work hard to never let our littles worry or go without. Food banks and government assistance keep us above water, but we are in need of a home that will give each of our children their own bedroom. That’s all we aim for: three bedrooms, a townhome or small house, with little else to ask. Help us get enough to afford the down payment and moving cost of this dream? We hope to not move to far but if needed we can if it means a safe area and other families to grow with. My children are my sun and moon and giving them this is so important to me we have been hard at work on it for over a year with so little to show.
