A Heartfelt Goodbye to Deborah DeHerrera

Deborah DeHerrera, battling stage 3 cancer, said 2025 was going to be the greatest year for all of us. She was finally getting her own place in April 2025 and getting to celebrate her birthday, which is April 3. She was suddenly taken from us at the young age of 59 on a day we had planned for a lake trip.

Deborah DeHerrera had a hard life, never really having a place to call home, on and off the streets her entire adult life, always struggling with addiction with little to no family support. Still, somehow through it all, she stayed strong and kept going. She had the biggest heart; she would help anyone, even if it meant giving you the shirt off her back or her last dollar.
