Help Ervin pay Mortgage,etc

Hello to all! We are here to advocate for Mr. Ervin Ellis, a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated, a loving father, grandfather and mentoring friend!

In January 2022, Ervin suffered from severe stomach pain. He went to the ER where a CAT scan was performed and a mass was found on his kidney. It was later diagnosed to be kidney cancer, and he had a partial nephrectomy performed in June 2022. Unfortunately, the stomach pain did not go away and continued to elevate in August 2022. He was rushed to the ER with shortness of breath and severe stomach pain. It was determined that he suffered from A Fib, congestive heart failure, sleep apnea and an overload of fluid. After being released to Tampa General Hospital, He was put back on different medications to help remove the excess fluid from his body and was advised that his Mitral valve was not opening and closing properly. The cardiology staff informed him that his heart was functioning at only 10% and he will need a heart transplant to sustain his life. He is currently on the medications that help keep him functioning and alive essentially.

That’s why we are asking for your help and support from family, friends and the community. He is going through the process with the TGH Transplant Team and has been placed on the heart transplant list. He is resilient along with being strong and determined to continue to fight the good fight. As you can imagine he has not been able to work for over a year due to his illness and doctor's appointments. He will need financial assistance with medical bills, utility bills, mortgage, groceries and day-to-day activities. We ask that you join us in helping Ervin receive donations and we can show him through compassion, love and the Grace of God we can assist him by meeting his present and future goals!
