A daughter’s unfortunate goodbye

A friend, a son, a father, a co-worker, a man waiting to enjoy this Christmas with his wife & kids. A man that always did his best with all his heart to provide for his family, a man who brought life & excitement to his family, his job & to the people that surrounded him. This was Ray Cash, an amazing & intelligent man who's life was taken away so suddenly & without remorse due to the rising crime in Los Angeles & especially in the city that he loved, the city of Long Beach.

 

On December the 9th, after spending the perfect weekend setting up the Christmas tree, lights & decorations with his wife & kids, Ray Cash, our friend, at 53 years of age, was gunned down outside his home on the 1600 block of Pacific Avenue. After receiving multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body, according to the Long Beach Police Department, Ray Cash was pronounced dead at the scene by the paramedics that arrived at the scene.

 

Now a wife, alone with her kids, didn't just lose her husband, her friend, her partner, but also the father of her kids, the main provider & the pillar of her family.

 

We would like to ask the public to help this family in their most difficult time of need.

 

Today we lost a friend but heaven gained another Angel. - We'll miss you Ray!
