Volunteer Medical Trip to Peru

Hello, we are Veronica and Chris. We both work in the medical field in Austin, Texas. Through our dedication to helping others we found one another, and our passion for altruism and travel deepened our connection. We have found a way to fulfill our zest for both. We are thrilled to have been selected to a team of volunteers that will provide medical care and preventative health education to those with limited or no access.


Through Project Helping Hands, we are embarking on a 14-day humanitarian medical trip to the remote villages in the Sacred Valley Region of Peru. Project Helping Hands depend on volunteers to cover the cost of the trip, $3200.00 per person. This expense includes the airfare, lodging, and meals. Each volunteer is expected to bring with them a minimum of 50lbs of medicines/medical supplies.


While we have fully accepted and committed ourselves to the cause, we are reaching out to everyone who is willing to support us and our journey! Your donation will help defray the cost of the trip and supplies.
