My father is returning to Selma to retrace the steps he took marching for the right to vote, and he wants his kids with him. Valory and Abi are especially keen to participate as they have been helping their father write his memoirs which he would like them to turn into a play. To walk and talk with the people who bravely faced the oppression and threats of violence of 50 years ago would be amazing.
But between the school cutting Valory's department and the house fire - things are TIGHT!
