This is, us (Joe and Fifi Stahlman) , we have a vision, we're strong, and we can do it!
Below is Lois and she ran a contest!
Moving on to other projects, Ms. Hilton decided to stage a contest to win the building located in rural western New York. "My goal is to find someone who will continue to regenerate the building and grounds using permaculture designs and encourage community involvement in whatever sustainable dr
eam they are passionate about."
Here's us for the first time at TT July, 2017.
We, plan to turn Tickletown into a community education center, where we use our training in anthropology to run programs that engage the community by exchanging knowledge about sustainable living, local and far off history, as well as promote culture (arts, music, and poetry) and be a safe space for curious people. We will draw on community expertise (local beekeepers, farmers, artists, and hobbiests) in addition to family and family who are professional artists, scholars, and all around awesome folk!
TickleTown in winter. Man, do we need a roof!
Tickletown is located at 4484 Humphrey Road, in Humphrey. It was built in 1900 therefore needs a lot of work - least of which is a new roof. We are raising money so when the snow melts we can hit the road running. Over 25 people have donated about $1600! But our goal is 10,000. Please consider donating, spreading the word, and if you are a TickleTowner please ask how else you can help in another way! Thank you.
