Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund

On Saturday April 25th, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal near the capital city of Kathmandu, causing major damage, injury and death throughout the area and even across borders to China, Tibet, India, Bhutan, and Bangladesh. The death tolls have risen to 6000+ people, and destroyed many homes, roads, historical monuments etc.
Pastor Bobby Hill from the International Outreach Minestries and Pastor Kelsang from the Tibetan Peace-Grace Church will personally be going to villages in Nepal: Ghiling, Anga, Tsum, Bhi, Nubri, and Lokpa to distribute aid specifically to the Tibetan residents of Nepal who were greatly affected by the recent disaster.
Pastor Kelsang, who is in Nepal, says: "In the most affected Tibetan villages, all the people are living on the ground. The most need is tents. These places in the Himilayas are very windy and chilly. People are going to be living outside for months or even years unless we provide shelter/tents for them. As there is [minimal] death, the Government is not willing to provide aid to such places. The prior need is tents and secondly we can work on giving clothes, food and medication stuffs"
The goal of this relief fund is first to provide tents and then to help rebuild houses in Tibetan communities in Nepal who are currently living in Himilayas with no shelter.
100% of the donations will be used to provide such nessecities (tents, clothes, food, and medication for the injured). Every contribution towards our $3,000 goal will help the Tibetan victims of the Nepal Earthquake recover from these severe damages. Thank you all for you concern and support to the people of Nepal!
