Tiana's operation

We need your help please.

Tiana McCann is one of the most bravest and strongest woman that I've ever known, she is an amazing friend and even more amazing mother.
She would literally do anything and go out of her way to help anyone no matter what she has going on in her life, she is the definition of superwoman but at time's even superheroes need help.

She was diagnosed with Endometriosis in March 2018 where she underwent her first surgery, Endometriosis is when the tissue that makes up the uterine lining (the lining of the womb) is present on other organs inside the body, it is usually found in the lower abdomen or pelvis but can appear anywhere in the body.
This was causing her severe pain.
In June of 2018 she was sent back to hospital for further surgery where they found that it had spread to her bowel and bladder, in August 2018 she was still in immense pain but was told that there was nothing more they could do for her.
She decided to go private and sought advice from a private gynecologist who tried her on a few different medications that ended up to be no good, she was eventually agreed to Zoladex which is a monthly implant that puts you in menopause, although it reduced the pain it made her extremely sick with constant vomiting every day over the three months she was receiving the treatment and they decided to end that treatment.
By this stage our beautiful Tiana was giving up with fear that she was going to have to live with this pain forever.
She spoke to all the different medical professionals and the option of a hysterectomy was put forward, after some thought she decided to go with that option as she believed it would better her and her family's lives and she could return to a pain free life, so in February 2019 she underwent surgery to have her hysterectomy where the removed everything but her ovaries, her recovery was difficult but the pain had reduced and she was hopeful that this was it, that it was all gone.
In her follow up appointment she received news that would only break her heart, she still had the Endometriosis and it had spread everywhere, she was officially diagnosed with Adenomyosis also which made clear some of the other health issues she was also having, this all set her back $11,000 which she is still trying to pay back as she has been out of work due to her medical problems.
Now on the 23/4/2019 she was back at the hospital with severe pain caused by ovarian torsion that thankfully managed to untwist itself, she was sent home and on the 26/4/2019 she was sent by her gynecologist back to emergency now with severe pain and high temperatures, it turned out that her visit on the 23rd had been more than she bargained for because she contracted Influenza A and explained her high temperatures, things are not improving as she is now extremely sick and in extreme pain.
The public hospital has declined to do her surgery and again she has to rely on private treatment, her surgery is going to cost her another $6,000 to remove an ovary that has now developed a large cyst and at right now she just can't afford it as she is still paying of her loan for her last surgery, she is unable to work because of her constant pain and she has her three beautiful babies to take care of.
So if you are able to help even the smallest amount will be greatly appreciated by not only Tiana but also her kid's and everyone that knows and loves our beautiful superwoman.
