The Big Holiday Layaway "Flip"...

2017 has been a tremendously Successful Year for so many Real Estate Professionals!

Several People And Companies we know who flip homes, wholesale properties, buy and hold rentals or work with real estate investors have Enjoyed Record Setting Revenues. 

Although this is a Great Thing, at the same time there are still many families living in our Indianapolis Community who aren't doing as well. 

In fact, Many Families Are Struggling to the point where they cannot even provide Christmas presents to their children without hurting their Ability To Pay The Bills.

At Redevelop Indy, we'd like to help Make Christmas A Little Bit Better for some of those Struggling Families. 

We have started this fund to Ask our real estate peers, clients, vendors and friends To Step Up With Us and Donate Some Of Our Abundance this Holiday season to help Spread Holiday Joy!

We'll be using this Gofundme Campaign to collect funds over the next few weeks leading up to a Deadline Of December 13th.  The monies collected will be used to Pay Off Christmas Layaways for Indianapolis Families. 

Our Hope is that this campaign will Achieve Two Things...

First, that our Generousity Will Be A Blessing to some local folks in order to make their Holidays Happier, and help Ease Their Bills heading into the new year.

Secondly, we are optimistic that our gifts will serve to "Pay It Forward" and put the families who benefit in more of a Holiday Spirit and Giving Mood themselves. 

We hope that By Paying Off The Layaways Of Some, We Will Start A Ripple Effect That Will Positively Effect Many this Holiday season.
