The Iraqi Refugee Project

The Iraqi Refugee Project exists to give humanitarian aid to Iraqi refugees that are fleeing from the terror invoked by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
Over the past few days, more than 300 refugees have entered our country seeking refuge. We are anticipating the arrival of hundreds or thousands more who will have nothing with them but the clothes on their backs.
We have been given an amazing opportunity to serve and love our neighbors. These hurting and broken that are fleeing from Iraq are living here in our city and neighborhoods. We will be meeting with these refugees on a regular basis so that we may provide care for their physical and emotional needs. Right now, their major needs are: food, shelter, clothing, and health care.
This is where you come in! We have set a goal to raise $10,000 in the next month so that we can help provide these basic needs for them. These refugees are mostly Christians who are fleeing persecution and are in need of your support! Every dollar you give will go directly from us to them in whatever form of need they have.
