NewStalgic Culinary Creations LLC is a burgeoning catering company founded by Daryl Cooper,a passionate food service managment graduate in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The first culinary endeavor, The Cookin' Coop, is a mobile food truck that will serve greater Charlotte, it's colleges and universities.
With his culinary background and a decade of food service experience, Daryl is committed to expressing his culinary talents to the community in which he lives. The food will be a reflective translation on sheer creativity, while still maintaining a simplistic approach. Daryl uses the term "NewStalgic" to emphasize new twists on classical comfort cuisine.
OUR GOAL & YOUR PERK
The goal is to raise $20,000 to purchase the truck and kitchen equipment. There will be perks given to those who donate a certain amount.
YOUR IMPACT
Creativity, knowledge, and ambition are the driving forces behind my desire of running a successful mobile food truck business. With your help, I will be able to achieve my dreams of owning and operating my own business.
I cannot stress the importance of your support and how it will both change my life and the lives of those who live in my community. Your support will be contagious, as it will give me the proper tools to support the less fortunate in mycommunity. I pledge that when I meet my goal and get my truck operating, I will feed a shelter twice a month.
