Team Geno for eye surgery

Geno has an amazing story. His journey began in 110 degree desert temperatures, dumped probably from a puppy mill using him as a stud, he was already old and in very bad shape, I hope to rescue and adopt him out, but it didn’t take long to discover that Geno had many medical issues and would require a great deal of time and financial support and love. Here we are six years later, and countless issues with his teeth, skin, and eyes have taken their toll on little Geno and his immune system . His latest trip to the vet included blood work, a CT scan, and X-rays that all point to removing one of his eyes to help prevent future life-threatening infections.
Geno’s recent vet visits have already cost over $3500 since January 2015, and he will require another $5000 in order to undergo eye surgery with follow up care. We are so grateful to all of you who have been big supporters of Geno over the years and have been there for him through his medical issues. We’re hoping that Team Geno can come through for him one more time to get him through his eye surgery and give him another chance to be that feisty little guy that we all know he can be!
