Transportation for Student in Need

Our friend Tabitha has had anything but a relaxing summer. Her old car recently broke down, which was her only way getting around due to her dads new work hours. The past three weeks, she has been staying at the hospital because her mom had a heart attack and is now suffering from brain damage. With all this, she still has to be the adult because her younger brother is autistic and cannot be left alone. This situation has made it hard on Tabitha because she has to wait long hours until she can find someone to take her home and back to the hospital every day. Her extended family is out of reach due to location and her grandpa, (who helps a lot with transportation and Tabitha’s brother) is currently unavailable because of heart conditions. All we would love to do for our best friend is to get enough money together for a used car so she can get her brother and herself to school. The medical bills that Tabitha's family will receive will not be cheap, so we thought that maybe we could get a car covered for her. 

We want to be able to help our friend make her senior year a great one, and school starts Monday, August 14th. Our goal was set at $7000 to cover not only the used car, but gas money for a few months into school. Thank you for any help you are able to offer. It would mean the world to not only her, but her family that has been affected by their medical emergencies.
