Mr Otai was loved and admired by many, his work ethic, his welcoming smile, his passion for preparing great quality food and love for serving the community quickly made Takuma a staple in Madison. Mr and Mrs Otai devoted the last 15 years to providing the best sushi in town, a special place for families and individuals of all ages and nationalities to enjoy a good meal in a very friendly enviroment.

His passing is not only a huge loss of a loved one (if that wasn't enough), but also led to the closure of Takuma the sole source of income for Mrs Otai.
