Although the future of refugee resettlement in Louisiana is uncertain, there are many refugee families Louisiana has already welcomed who need our support. Many of these families arrived with next to nothing, and we encourage you to open your hearts this holiday season by supporting families new to Louisiana.
Loyola University is a Jesuit Institution and as students we aim to engage with and support our community. Please join us by showing Louisiana's refugee population that we will not turn our backs on those in need.
Since most families arrive here with nothing, they need everything from a place to live to a toothbrush. All money earned through this Go Fund Me account will be used to buy these necessary items and support families through this major transition.
