Smith Family Harvey Relief Fund

As a former member of the St. Luke's Day School community, SLDS will always have a special place in my heart. This fund is set up to provide support to St. Luke's Day School teacher Nicole Edgett Smith and Family. Like so many in the greater Houston area, Nicole, Chris, and Baby Matthew's home has been destroyed by Hurricane Harvey and will need the support of those that know and love them to help rebuild.




Mrs. (Edgett) Smith  has been a a devoted teacher at St. Luke's Day School for many years. She has been (and continues to be) a source of joy for so many young children and families in the Houston area. The St. Luke's community is so strong and we want to continue to make sure Nicole knows just how many people love and care about her family. All donations received will go directly to the Smith family and will assist them in replacing the items so many of us take for granted each day.  From costs associated with being physically displaced to the cost of replacing everything they've lost including furniture, clothing, and household items. 

Nicole and Chris have been overwhelmed by the love and words of kindness they have already received from so many.  If you are able to donate $1 or $100 dollars your kindness and generosity will not be forgotten.
