Save The Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum

This GoFundMe fundraiser was started to try and stop the closure of the museum at MCAS Miramar and to raise awareness of the museum's plight.  Then the goal evolved into helping the museum relocate to El Toro. And as of 2024, several of the aircraft have already been moved to Orange County for an expected 2025 opening! Keep up to date on all the changes at the Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum.

The funds raised were used to post a billboard to raise awareness and it seems likely that this had an impact on the Marine Corps which ordered that all Marine Corps aircraft at the museum remain in place for an additional 6 months while the Flying Leatherneck Historical Foundation works out the details of a relocation plan. Thank you to everyone for your generous support: it made a difference!
