I am Mary Mason, a friend of Sarah Weaver Holden's (pictured)
Sarah has been fighting her battle against cancer for4 1/2 years now. She endured long term and harsh chemo before finally benefiting from a successful series of treatment. So, while she is getting good reports on her scans, her strength and her ability to work has been compromised by the treatments she has endured.
The bills continue to pile up higher and higher.
Sarah, is so generous as anyone who knows her is aware. She is compassionate toward both people and animals and will go without things for herself in order to help others.
I know that many of you have given so generously in the past and she is so grateful for you! She is too humble to ask for herself and that is why I am asking for your help for her.
Everything that comes in is tied directly to Sarah so that she is the only one to touch the funds donated.
There is no definite amount that we are challenged to raise. How do you calculate the cost of a disease that has taken so much out of you for the past 4 1/2 years and will continue to drain your resources for the forseeable future?
