In Memory of Samuel Heatherly

Samuel Heatherly was not only a loving, and amazing father to his own kids, but he had this same affect on those of us who grew up with him as well.  Anyone that knew him, knew how much he loved his family, and of course,  his dogs Tucker, Sophie and Chewy (Sam and Tucker are that "Classic Duo" that come to mind when you think of "Man and his best friend;" The two of them were inseparable).

From his AMAZING grill skills, to his life-advice, or even his "dad" jokes-- Samuel Heatherly never failed to leave a smile on our faces.  We are saddened with the events that took place on Sunday night. Samuel Heatherly's sudden passing has caught us all by a surprise. 

The funeral costs have weighed heavy on our family, who were not financially ready for such a crisis. From the loss of income, we will have to travel to Illinois to bury our fathers remains next to his father, as he has requested. From the plane tickets, to two funeral arrangements (one in Marietta and another in Monmouth, Illinois), the costs have stacked against our means.
