SCHS Class of 07'-10 Year Reunion

Many of you may ask yourself why should I attend a class reunion when we have Twitter, Facebook, SnapChat etc. to keep us connected in today's world. My answer is this... there is more to the story. Ten year's ago we graduated high school in pursuit of our dreams...some of those dreams came true, some of those dreams changed, and some are still in the works. None the less, no one is the same person they were ten years ago (at least I hope not), and no one is exactly who they portrey to be on social media. You might see the photos and the posts, but have you heard the stories?
The Reunion, celebrate the past:
By donating to this GoFundMe, you are purchasing your ticket for the reunion.
Please Donate:
$25 for 1 ticket
$40 for 2 tickets (You + 1)
*Provide your name when doing so, to be sure I put you on the list. (This event is for Class of 2007 graduating students only and not open to the public.)
Anything over $40 will go towards the goal.
Your donation will go directly to the SCHS Class of 2007 Ten Year Reunion Fund to help with:
Location Rental(s)
Food
Beverages
I plan on using local businesses for such items, as well as asking for generous donations to the event (to save money for overall goal).
The Goal, pay it forward:
This graduation isn't just to throw a big party, to find out if your crush still gives you butterflies, or show off your greatest accomplishments. This is a way to reconnect with each other, the school and the place we all once called home.
The school never kept a ongoing fund for reunions, hence the go fund me to begin with. BUT, I felt it was important to not only celebrate our time at SCHS, but to help the school now and those after us.
Anything NOT used for the Reunion will be donated back to St. Clair High School from the Class of 2007.
So in honor of the Class of 07', I am asking you to help in raising $7000 (with one fourth or less going to the Reunion) and the remainder to the school.
The Class of 2007 had it pretty good. Now let's make a lasting mark.
