The National Youth Leadership Forum nominates exceptional students from around the country to attend an experiential educational program. This will be a powerful experience, enabling me to interact with many prominent men and women whom most of us only read about in the news. 

Attending this program will enable me to further my interest in the Medical field and reach my career goals of becoming a Paramedic, but I am also attending this program in hopes that it may open my eyes to maybe becoming a Dr. I maintain a 3.8 GPA, I am involved in several of my school activities, Soccer, Basket Ball, Track & Field and Volleyball. I also volunteer my time at school helping the teachers with the children in the lower grades. I was also awarded Principal's Award last September for outstanding Character. 

Imagine if you had been given this opportunity for a life-changing experience when you were in school and were unable to participate for lack of funds. That is why I set up this Fundraising page. 

My participation in the program depends on whether I can raise $2045 in sponsorships. The program tuition is $2845.  I have received a partial scholarship for $800.00. My parents and I are investing every dollar we can of our own money to make sure I don't miss out on this unique experience.  

It is my hope that you will consider assisting me with some of these costs. I promise you that every penny raised will go towards paying the balance of my tuition. My tuition must be paid no later than May 31, 2012.
