Ryan's Medical Mission Trip: Mexico

Dear friends and family, I am a senior at The Ohio State University majoring in Health Science with a minor in Chemistry. I am currently fundraising to go on a medical mission/service trip to Puerto Penasco, Mexico from Dec 31 - Jan 7. The purpose of this trip is to help underserved communities surrounding the city of Puerto Penasco. This will help me to learn about global health issues, provide acute care to populations with little or no access to health care, experience Mexican culture, and gain perspective on the global landscape. This experience is crucial to my future career goals of becoming an Anesthesiologist Assistant and my desires to help the underprivaleged.
