8th Grade River Rafting Trip

For the 8th Grade class trip, the kids will be heading to Oregon for a River Rafting excursion in Spring 2017!
Fundraising is underway with a DANCE-A-THON on Saturday night, October 15th, 2016 at Highland Hall.
Please considering pledging a student or making a direct donation to the Class Fund here. This fund will ensure that all the students will be able to attend the trip.
Over the years, this amazing group of kids, along with their dedicated and hard working teacher, Mr. Ken Lavner, have gone to the Sequoias, Death Valley and Zion National Park.
These trips have provided amazing educational experiences for these citykids to apply their academic studies of geology & physics in the natural world, as well as build teamwork skills and develop friendship bonds that only traveling together, can truly provide.
