Save the Holiday for RWC Family

In early December 2015, a Redwood City mother and her three (3) children were robbed at gunpoint. All of her money—including rent money—was taken, and her children were present for the encounter. The kids are going through counseling at their school to work through the event and they are doing well. Now we have an opportunity to turn this terrible situation into positive one, and bring holiday joy back into their lives.

This GoFundMe is for all of us to come together and save this family’s holiday season. All donations will be distributed directly to this very deserving family and will be used for rent, groceries, and Christmas presents for the three little girls.

During the Holidays there are many good causes to support however this one will directly benefit this family and the funds will be distributed by the principal of the school the children attend.

UPDATE 1/7/16: The funds from this GoFundMe page will be dispersed to Principal Josh Griffith to deliver to the family. He is the principal of Fair Oaks Community School, the school where the children attend. He is the one who organized multiple means of help for the family and will be responsible to ensure the funds go to the right place. I will make sure of it and post another update once the family receives the funds.
