Pomona Valley Story Network Launch

In the Pomona Valley, we're surrounded by stories-- stories that can inspire connection, compassion, and collaboration.  Begining in June of 2015, Pomona Valley Story Network will invite people from all walks of life and all corners of the Valley to come share their stories with volunteer interviewers.  PVSN volunteers will then work to ensure that donated stories will be meaningfully heard-- in public libraries, in city council meetings, and in an original quarterly magazine, to name a few venues. Though we've made it a point to keep the PVSN price tag low, the launch won't be possible without covering a few start-up and ongoing costs. The dollar amount here ($2,500) is the full budgeted amount for all launch costs (recording/computer equipment, basic furniture, etc) as well as three months' worth of regular costs (office rental, URL fees, first magazine printing, etc). You can also help by donating office furniture and supplies, or by volunteering your time. 

As the founding director, I've been amazed to watch how the Story Network has already begun connecting communities. I'd be honored if you would consider contributing your time, talents, and/or a financial gift to PVSN.
