Peterson Home Destroyed By Fire

My name is Diane and my sister Krissy and I have set up this fund to help our brother and his family who lost their home and everything they own in the devastating Santa Rosa fire. Our family grew up in Terra Linda but Mike and his family have lived in Santa Rosa for the past 23 years, along with their two beautiful children, Sydnee and Austen.

The picture above was taken by our niece after they returned to their home hours after being evacuated in the early morning hours on Monday, October 9th, to see what damage had been done. They left with only the clothes on their back and their family dog. They are safe but have lost everything they own. They are thankful for family and friends who have reached out in support and already generously donated here on this fund to help them get back on their feet.

As they struggle to wrap their heads around this catastrophy, we hope to remove some of the financial burden by raising funds so that they may slowly piece their lives back together. We have set up the account in my niece, Sydnee's name, and all donations will go directly to the family to help them purchase clothes, food, dog food and any other necessities they may need immedietly and moving forward. Any donation, small or large, is greatly appreciated!
