Hello Everyone,
On April 9, 2015 we were informed by school friends that our kids best friend was diagnosed with A.L.L (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). It is very hard as a parent to imagine that a child could have cancer. You want your children to be healthy and never have any challenges. You want to always safeguard them from harm. His name is Nicholas Shanahan. He's 5 years old. The parents informed me that Nicholas has a long way ahead of him, approximately 3 1/2 years of Chemo and other treatments. I know that we can't reverse the diagnosis or take away what the parents are going through, but as a community we can try to relieve some of the financial burden. Everyone knows how expensive a hospital stay can be. Any donation amount is acceptable. We are not competing for who's name will be on the door, we are here to help an adorable and great spirited 5 year old that still has a whole life ahead of him. Thank you and God Bless.
