On February 9, 2016, 15-year-old Noah Roman’s life was tragically altered by the death of his family. Noah is a 15-year-old boy from our community, he lives in Colonie, NY and attends Shaker High School. At 15 years of age, Noah is faced not only with having to cope with this immense tragedy, but also he will be navigating many difficult choices for his next few years of high school, then college, all without his parents.
In consultation with Noah and his extended family, we have agreed to set up the Nathan Roman Scholarship Fund, set up in the name of Noah’s 10-year-old brother who was also killed in the tragedy. The first recipient of this scholarship will be Noah. Our goal is to completely pay for Noah’s college education.
We are asking you to consider pulling together with us to support Noah and his future. A donation of any size will assist Noah and the huge obstacles he faces.
