MUSICIANS RALLY TO BENEFIT CHILDREN IN NEED
Annapolis, MD: Music in Action will host a concert to benefit "Saving Children's Lives", a program which has been made possible in concert between The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the American Heart Association to affect rural Africa. The event will take place April 6th at The Whiskey in Annapolis, MD and will feature the music of local Maryland bands: SANHEDRON, Sin 4 Sin, Victims of Experience, and Eden Burns.
All proceeds donated through this page go directly to fund the program, which trains basic lifesavers in rural African communities to target and reduce infant mortality. "Targeting effective management of acute illness (i.e. pneumonia and diarrhea) in resource-limited settings could save millions of children's' lives each year".
