Fostered 100; Losing Her Home at 84

THIS IS NEEDED URGENTLY, AND QUICKLY!! 84 year old woman may lose her house...
As an attorney for nearly 18 years, I come across true injustice from time-to-time; cases do exist in which the law may not "fix" the wrong that was done. In some of those cases, the person harmed isn't aware of the harm until so many years later that the courts may not give help. I have one of those cases, now, and need your help.
I have an 84 year old woman client who has fostered more than 100 children through her home over the years. Unfortunately, she found herself in financial need (for repairs and maintenance to her home) and sought out a refinancing of her mortgage in 2004. In 2006, our state legislature enacted protection for people like her, but very possibly too late for her to have the assistance of that law. Unknown to her, the documents she signed were not refinancing documents, but rather sale documents. We're trying to help her get the ownership of her house back to her, 100%. She needs cash to back up her application for a reverse mortgage and to make those repairs she needed to make in 2004...
She's given over 30 years of her life to over 100 disabled and disadvantaged children in our community. Will you help her? Any amount will help. All funds will go to a trust account for her and we'll help vet contractors to help ensure she doesn't get harmed again. If the repairs are made and there are funds remaining, she will get the balance of the funds raised.
Our law firm will keep fighting for her whether you'll help or not, but she needs your help, too. We haven't taken any fees or costs from her (we have been paid a small amount from a community source), and this money is to go to her and her house, NOT to our firm.
