Mei Mei's Fund

Mei Mei is one of the sweetest girls you'll ever meet. She and her her mom, Shiu Mei, Austin's one and only Pet Nanny, spend their days caring for other people's dogs. Rain or shine, they get lots of exercise, play fun games, have photo shoots, get their nails trimmed, learn new tricks, and live the life! Daily massages are also part of the routine and it was during one of Mei Mei's massages that Shiu Mei felt two enlarged lymph nodes on her neck. After a series of tests she learned the devastating news that Mei Mei has cancer of the lymphatic system. While the prognosis and treatment plan is still being assessed, the medical bills are already adding up. Worrying about how you're going to pay to extend your best friend's life isn't something anyone should have to do. Asking for help can be equally challenging which is why we've decided to start a fund on her behalf. Shiu Mei is a person who has spent the majority of her adult life committed to animals through pet therapy, fostering, and community education.
