Love for Angel

Please don't look away...

I need your help. I was hit by a car and left on the road to die. It was hot that day, 102 degrees, and I was scared and hurting. I was helpless and afraid of being hit again. I have a back leg that is broken in two, a broken elbow, and a broken pelvis.
 
The local EMS responded to a call and came and got me. I felt safe in their station, but I still hurt. Many hours later a kind lady pet me so gently and carried me away. She took me to an animal ER and I had to have many tests and stay there overnight. The next day a kind lady took me to a wonderful doctor who will help me to heal. He said I need a pin and a rod in my legs so I'll be able to walk and play again.  
There are lots of people who say I'm very sweet. But all I know is pain right now.
 
Will you please donate so I can have my surgeries and be whole again? I'm only 1 year old and I really want to live and find a home that will love me. Any amount will help, and I'll be so grateful. I have a collar so I think someone loved me once, but they're gone. I was only looking for them when I got hit. Am I lost? Am I abandoned? I'm so young. Please help this precious puppy. She would have ended up euthanized at Animal Care Services if the nice ladies and Protecting Animals Within San Antonio (PAWS) Rescue didn't step up to help.  Rescues rely on donations received to save lives.  Any amount will help.
