Ewald Klatsch Fund 2016
Donation protected
Ewald Klatsch has, in its brief existence, established a legendary reputation on Exeter's campus. Spoken in the same breath as Prom, Klatsch is easily considered the most prestigious dorm event around.
Klatsch is an exclusive afternoon dorm event where each Ewaldian extends an invitation to a lucky person of their choosing. The entire dorm and those who have been invited are then treated to catered food—past years have seen lobster tail, filet mignon, and chocolate soufflé—a decorative theme which inspires the collective attire, and an extended period of photo taking.
I have created this campaign in an effort to insure that Klatsch maintains its powerful presence at Exeter. I can personally attest to its elusive appeal, which generates a buzz on who the selected few invitees will be. I am asking for past members of Ewald, as well as the parents of current members, to donate to this fund. Those who have experienced Klatsch know that it is something incredibly special, and those whose children are about to will soon realize just how great it can be.
Donations of any size and type, including homemade or purchased food from those who live nearby, are enthusiastically appreciated.
We totally understand if you are not able to donate, and I can assure you that we will make the best possible Klatsch we can with the funds we do raise. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
