Justice for Lindsay Way

Donation protected
SHOCKING UPDATE: Lindsay was informed that supervised visits with her son have been suspended due to an “abundance of negativity on social media.”

LINDSAY DOES NOT HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA!

This means that at this time, Lindsay is not allowed to see her son at all.

It seems that some people don't want her family sharing facts that are in the record.

It seems some folks are ashamed of their conduct and they want to infringe on my and my  family's Constitutional rights.

Please continue to share her story.

A $5 donation makes a big difference to help Lindsay continue to fight for justice.

Thank you for your continued support, prayers and generosity.

BELOVED TEACHER HAS TO PAY $60/HOUR TO SEE HER OWN SON UNDER SUPERVISED VISITATION.

Lindsay Way is fighting for custody of her son and she needs your help!

Locked in an ongoing custody battle, Lindsay Way, a mother, educator, and coach, has been facing an uphill and confounding situation—besieged by both an opposing legal counsel who are funded with an unlimited purse and a system that shockingly seems unconcerned with qualified expert witnesses and evidence.

Lindsay has been denied reasonable and legitimate custody.

- Until 18 months ago, Lindsay and the father maintained a 50:50 joint custody relationship.

- On September 23, 2016, Lindsay was ordered by the court to have only  SUPERVISED visits.

- The visits cost her $60 per hour to see her child in a supervised setting.

As of April 2018, with no end in sight, Lindsay has spent over $13,000 to see her child.

Lindsay has no criminal record, she has a stable job, three unremarkable mental health evaluations, and NO history of alcohol or drug abuse. Lindsay always was and is fully capable of parenting and loving her son.

Lindsay has incurred significant legal fees that are far beyond her means totaling approximately $500,000 so far.

Lindsay has received generous donations from friends, family and even strangers who have heard her story. All donations have gone towards legal counsel, appeal, Supreme Court writ, parenting coordinator, mental health evaluations, and supervised visitation.

Despite this help, Lindsay still owes hundreds of thousands of dollars and she now has another financial deadline to meet before her next court date scheduled on April 23rd.

$5,000 is needed immediately and another $18,000 has been taxed to her for court costs from a previous trial.

Lindsay is employed at First Baptist Church School overseeing 450 children daily, with overwhelming administration, faculty, and parent approval. In her workplace, Lindsay is a trusted adult and educator for students ranging from kindergarten to 8th grade.

Ask yourself, have you ever heard of any situation where an educated, gainfully employed educator, who has no criminal convictions (charges, pending or otherwise), who possesses numerous child and safety clearances, and has numerous expert reports that have been generated by experts in their field, been deemed unfit to be with her child in a non-supervised setting?

Please pray and if possible, donate to help her maintain the ability to challenge opposing counsel.

Her son has been gone from her and his entire maternal family for over 575 days and counting!

Help stop injustice.
