My daughter’s cornea transplant August 15, 2019

My daughter Jae  just turned 22 years old.  She is starting her third year in college and is suffering from a rare eye disease which caused her to be almost blind from one eye.  This makes it hard for her to even drive at night.  We were happy to hear that the procedures were finally approved by the FDA and  She recently had a surgery on the good eye called cross linking which avoids the illness from spreading.   In mid August this summer, Jae will have the cornea transplant.  We are asking for your help to cover her medical bills and expenses. Keratoconus is a progressive eye disease in which the normally round cornea thins and begins to bulge into a cone-like shape. This cone shape deflects light as it enters the eye on its way to the light-sensitive retina, causing distorted vision.
