Jackie Jay, in Materials at FormTech Fraser has been experiencing some extreme hardships over the past few months; from the unexpected passing of her husband at age of 37, just days ago, to her mother being ill and Jackie herself dealing with health issues. With 15 years of dedication to FormTech, Jackie has been a great employee and we would like to support her during this difficult time.
We realize that nothing replaces the loss of loved ones, but we would like to help reduce the amount of stressors in her life.
