Sheriff is at the door at 2 AM to escort my 80 year old mother-in-law & two sister-in laws to evacuate their home immediately as Santa Rosa fires too close.  They allowed only minutes to grab things (in PJ's)  Pets, Keys, Purses - Go! Drove to the shelter.  By morning, their home was completely burned to the ground.  . 
How can it get worse?   They did not have renters insurance. Nothing is covered or reimbursed.  

The Plan:  Have these ladies drive to Minnesota ASAP where they will reside a few months at my brother-in-law's rental property in St. Cloud, MN.  When weather permits they plan to drive from MN to Milan, NY and permanently reside  (my other sister-in-law lives in NY)  

Goal:  We ask for your generous  donation (any amount is good!)  at your earliest convenience. We are estimating much higher numbers but our goal is $25,000  
Your donation will be used  for gas, meals, hotels, etc. to drive 2 vehicles across the states to MN and then again to NY. Your donation will go towards their new home (furniture, bedding, household items, etc as needed)  and will also be used to purchase some clothing, shoes, undergarments, personal hygiene, prescriptions, etc.   **MN and NY weather will soon be freezing and apparel will be needed as well**

I'm so proud of these women for their courage, strength, and determination....They still Smile and have such Positive Attitudes.
