Help Bosnia and Serbia

Bosnia and Serbia have been hit by a very heavy rainfall, and within 48 hours the countries experienced severe flooding. Overflowing rivers have burst into towns and villages, cutting off whole communities, while landslides have buried houses.
Over 10.000 people have been evacuated. Thousands of people have lost everything they own. Unlike in westernized countries, where homeowners insurance exists, there is no such thing in Bosnia or Serbia. People in that region went through a devastating civil war not too long ago, and just began rebuilding and getting back to normalcy.
Due to the floods, there is no drinking water, no electricity, and many people are still trapped in their homes waiting to be rescued.
The reason I am setting up this fund is because I feel helpless. I wish there was something I could do. I can't just sit here without trying anything. There is no current media coverage of this, so many people are not aware, and therefore cannot help even if they are willing to.
Please donate if you can! Anything helps, it really does.
There are too many children and elderly who are left with absolutely nothing!
There are also rescue missions for the many animals who are also affected by this tragedy.
My heart breaks, and I am hoping that with your help, we can bring a little relief to countries that have already suffered way too much.
