emergency dental work for my brother

My brother just got back from a dental clinic in Denver and found out that he "makes too much money" to get assistance. He has been in agony from rotten teeth for some time now and has run out of options. I am hoping that you all can help. A regular dentist won't even try to deal with these teeth because they have some crazy roots and the infection is so bad, it's only something an oral surgeon can handle. So, the dollar amount above is just a guess...

What are people who are in dire straits supposed to do?

The only thing I can think of is to ask you all for help. If each of my people on Facebook sent $5, we could do this!

Also, if someone wanted to lend me the money, I could pay it back slowly...
