Help get these boys a wheelchair accessible van

Hi my name is Debra Waters and I have created this GoFundMe page on behalf of my grandsons Nicholas and Dylan. Nicholas is age 13 and Dylan will be 12 this month. They were both diagnosed at a young age with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). DMD is a rare genetic disease which causes the muscles in the body to become weak and damaged over time and eventually will become fatal. It is primarily only affects males but in rare cases can affect females. DMD is an irreversible progressive disease for which there currently is no cure. Both boys are now in wheelchairs. Their mom Kerri is a single parent that has done everything with grace by herself to make her sons life as meaningful as possible. This includes many trips to doctors, plus physical therapy every week. She does not have suitable transportation to include 2 wheelchairs for all these important trips. Kerri has to lift both boys in and out of her car. As they get older it has become impossible  to lift them. Having a wheelchair accessible vehicle would help this family tremendously.
