Hi! My name is Alyssa King. I am Joseph Shives wife. He unfortunately passed February 22,2024. He waited for me to make it to the hospital. I stroked his forehead as his heart stopped beating. I am trying to get funds together to support me and my two girls as we transition into a life without their father.

He was hit by a passing car while he tried to help a stranded motorist on February 12, 2024. He always looked out for other people. Now we have to figure how to go on without him.
