Help Thailands poorest survive throughout COVID19

I have created this page on behalf of my brother who lives in Thailand as Go Fund Me is not supported there at present, he is seeing first hand the impact COVID 19 is having on the residents in his village and surrounding areas, he writes:
I live in Phetchabun Province in northern central Thailand. In the hills behind my home the Hmong tribe are amongst the worst hit. Most have no bank accounts or smartphones so they are unable to apply for the 5000 baht emergency payment that the Thai government are paying to stricken citizens. The tribal people rely on tourists for part of their income and there have been no tourists here for two months now. Recent weeks have seen tropical storms come through with heavy hail storms that have destroyed the cabbages that they grow which give them their only other means of support.
We would like to try and raise enough funds that we can feed 100 people. Just $20 is needed to feed a household for a month. If we can raise $1000 a month we can help 100 people get through this. We would use this money to buy food in bulk at the wholesalers and then make up food parcels for the individual households.
Working together with the village leaders we would identify the most vulnerable households and distribute them once a month.
