The Swatara Action Team  (SAT) is a grassroots organization focused on protecting our community. We have spent the past 4 months fighting for our community in opposition to the Warehouse Project proposed along route 322! We were successful in stopping the current application for the project.

In that time, many people put in countless hours attending local Swatara Township, Harrisburg, Dauphin County and state-level meetings to keep our community heard. We put up signs to spread the word. We started a petition. We created a website and online social media presence to help support the momentum. We sought legal counsel and other representation to put our best foot forward. 

It worked. 

But all of those efforts cost money.  We have a large debt to pay. Our community representation from EFMR Inc. and our legal counsel are expecting payment. We have insurance and other costs incurred to organize our group.

We want to continue. If we need to fight another application for development that puts residents at risk, we will. We want to stay involved. We need your help and support to continue to make our collective voice heard!
