Help Megan and Andrew Schank's Family Heal

I'd like you to meet my nephew, Andrew Schank, a 30 year old Husband to Megan and Father to Peter, two years old and Anthony, one.

Our Family has thoroughly enjoyed watching this young man grow to the wonderful, loving person he is! He aligned himself with God at an early age and in college entertained the priesthood for a time.

He learned and practiced the principles of Scouting, a love handed down and shared with his father, Jeff, an adult Scout Leader that grew through the ranks himself. Andrew also in adulthood worked and enjoyed Camp Staff for many years. He dreams of yet another generation of Scouting with his precious Peter and Anthony, and I'm sure Grandpa too!

When looking for his helpmate he clearly was looking...and found a woman with the same principles and life goals he has. This young Family are very loving and kind. Their happiness most often comes from helping others, which brings me to our most humble of requests.

Roughly two and one half weeks ago this young Family got sick-tests confirmed Covid 19. Meagan and the children dealt with mild symptoms that have since cleared. Unfortunately, this sole wage earner, Andrew, who works a full-time and part-time job, has not done well. He currently is in his local hospital's ICU on a bi-pap and many other meds to help him rid his body of Covid double pneumonia. As of September 13, he has had life saving measures for one week. So far he is not rallying, our hearts ache...his heart aches...his young Family, he is afraid he has failed!
