HealthScape is more than just a group – it’s a well-being community. Originally founded in South Devon, HealthScape is dedicated to providing essential social support and countless opportunities to uplift people in the local community. Through tailored programs and meaningful connections, we strive to create a nurturing environment where everyone can thrive. Our mission is to bring people together through the power of nature and community, promoting a happier, healthier lifestyle for all.

Now, with HealthScape Teesside CIC, we want to continue that mission right here in our area. One of the key ways we do this is through cold water therapy – using the natural power of the sea, rivers, and waterfalls to support mental health, resilience, and wellbeing. Many people have already experienced the benefits of dipping with us, from easing anxiety and stress to boosting mood and confidence.

What your donations will support

Every penny raised will go directly into helping us grow HealthScape Teesside and create opportunities for people to connect, heal, and thrive:

• The Hub – funding to create a welcoming base for future events.

• Training & Equipment – providing vital resources to support our cold water dips and wellbeing activities.

• Bigger, Brighter Events – buying equipment to make our gatherings more exciting and inclusive for everyone.

• Our Big Goal – to raise enough money for a mini bus, so we can take people to waterfalls and natural spaces who otherwise wouldn’t be able to get there themselves.
