HERZ Inc. (Young Women Empowerment Organization)

Inspired by Natasha Sichula’s recent undergraduate work with women  and Chomba Kaluba's  experience  in Zambia, HERZ Movement, Inc. (HERZ) is being formed to empower girls in the U.S. and across the globe. Standing for Her Empowerment Race Zone, HERZ's purpose is to promote sexual and reproductive health and empowerment of girls locally and globally.   

HERZ aims to provide girls opportunities that may not have been previously afforded to them by engaging in a variety of activities. These activities aim to: 

1. Amplify life chances for females through health education, leadership, and innovation 
2. Providing girls with menstruation education and access to menstruation products  
3. Promote women’s rights 
4. Build institutional capacity by supporting local organizations that foster youth engagement and social change  
5. Support training, mentorship, and scholarship opportunities for young female leaders 

HERZ. is an official organization  since August 2020 registered with the State of Massachusetts. The funds being raised will  support the 501 C 3  (non-profit) status registration with the IRS  in the USA. A part of the funds will support the set up of our official webpage. Any contribution is highly appreciated.
