HELP - EMERGENCY NEED!

I lay awake for more than 30 minutes this morning thinking and wondering how I am going to deal with my present situation. How do I handle Xcel Energy bill of $542.99 when I have a check book balance of -$341.70. So, nearly one half of my next check will be eaten up by the bank straight away. I see no way I can make progress with this situation and it's extremely depressing.
I've been in conversation with most of my creditors and have set up some viable plans to get above all this; however, this situation doesn't give me much hope at all.
I NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY!!
I know this is now a polished, exciting presentation. However, I'm laying out my guts before you and asking for some immediately help and I hope this will be the last time that I will feel the need to come here and ask for any more financial assistance.
Please do as the Lord leads you and I will rejoice in whatever the Lord Jesus sends my way.

I am a Vietnam Veteran who served in South Vietnam from October 1968 - May 1970 in III CORP with the 11th ACR. My initiation was with the Aero Scout Troop as a LOH Helicopter pilot. Many missions were flown over areas that had been defoliated by the use of Agent Orange. Did that have any bearing on my diagnoses of Clear Cell Kidney Carcinoma Cancer in August of 2014? I do not know; however, this cancer has metastasized and is in both lungs and in my pelvic area for which I've been receiving immunotherapy through the University of Colorado Anschutz Cancer Pavilion here in Aurora, CO since the Fall of 2014.
Is it appropriate to the fact that I've lived with this for four (4) years?? If so, give praise and thanks to God for He has given me this life.
Cancer in my pelvic area and lungs remain stable as of the most recent bone scan, MRI's and CT scans. For this, I also give thanks and praise to the Lord Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, and healer. My next set of MRI's and CT scan will be on October 6th.
He is still on the throne and I continue to fully trust Him to accomplish His will in my life. God is not finished with me yet!
