Girls Helping Girls. Period.'16

Girls and women in communities all across the United States are missing school and work because they simply can't afford basic necessities like tampons and pads. Many families are forced to cut back on what they really need in order to buy feminine hygiene products, which are not covered by food stamps.
At Girls Helping Girls. Period. we believe feminine hygiene is a matter of basic health. And human dignity. We're dedicated to educating people on the need, and collecting/distributing products. It's so simple to make a big difference in someone's life. Our mission includes donating a full years' supply of products to each friend we help... because let's face it, one box is nice, but a year's worth of products... that's showing some love <3
The money donated will go straight to buying products for girls and women in and around our community who can't afford them. We greatly appreciate all contributions and if you would like to become more involved you can find out how to reach us at www.GirlsHelpingGirlsPeriod.org or through our facebook page at www.facebook.com/GirlsHelpingGirlsPeriod
"This problem needs recognition from anyone. It's not just about girls helping girls, it's everyone helping each other."

p.s. We are so grateful for your contributions in 2015. This year we started a new campaign and have increased our goal to $5000 so we can spread the love even farther.
