What if we made a wish come true for Adele?

My name is Cecile and I'm Adele's friend since we were five. We call each other "cherry sisters"! Adele has always wanted to be a mother; she has the soul of a mama. She’s the godmother of my first son and I’ve dreamt of her giving him a best friend. Until now, life has decided otherwise and she has been battling against premature infertility for the last four years. Yet there’s real hope and NOW is her time. 

Thanks to your amazing support early this year, Adele has been able to gather the funds to attempt her first IVF in London, but unfortunately the embryos haven't survived in embryology and no transfer was possible in London. 

Adele was very disappointed and sad but she continued on her journey to her baby, and last May, she found a clinic in Barcelona, providing the adapted treatments to her new trial. Her body is perfectly healthy and strong to attempt an IVF thanks to the gametes of two anonymous donors. A few weeks ago, the clinic found her egg donor,  so Adele is expected to receive a transfer around November 25th. 

We are re-opening this fund raising because even though Adele has almost entirely financed this new trial, she's still missing 2000 out of the 8000 euros total. And she needs the money now. That’s why I come to you as her messenger. Adele is forever grateful for the enormous amount of support and love her friends and family have given her during this long and tough journey and we know how hard it can be to ask again for your help in making her wish come true.

I wish for my best friend to be a mom and see her pregnant at the Christmas table this year. If you support this wish, consider contributing any amount, even the smallest is the greatest, or sharing this post, to help her fulfill her biggest dream.

Et si nous réalisions le voeu d’Adèle?

Je m'appelle Cécile et je suis l'amie d'Adèle depuis que nous avons cinq ans. Nous nous appelons "les sœurs cerises"! Adèle a toujours voulu être mère; elle a l’âme d’une maman. Elle est marraine de mon premier fils et j’ai toujours rêvé qu’elle aussi est un enfant et qu’ils soient meilleurs amis, comme nous! Pour l’instant, la vie en a décidé autrement et Adèle se bat depuis cinq ans avec une infertilité bien trop précoce. Pourtant il y a un réel espoir de grossesse et pour le faire, c'est maintenant!

Grâce à votre incroyable soutien en début d'année 2018, Adele a pu rassembler les fonds nécessaires pour tenter sa première FIV à Londres. Malheureusement, les embryons n'ont pas survécu en embryologie et aucun transfert n'a été possible. Très déçue et triste, Adele a néanmoins poursuivi son aventure de maternité. En mai dernier, elle a trouvé une clinique à Barcelone qui correspond à ses besoins actuels. Son corps est parfaitement sain et fort pour enfin tenter une FIV, grâce aux gamètes de deux donneurs anonymes. Il y a quelques semaines, la clinique a trouvé une donneuse, et Adele devrait recevoir un transfert vers le 25 novembre.

Nous relançons cette levée de fonds car même si Adèle finance presque entièrement ce nouvel essai, il lui manque encore 2 000 euros sur un total de 8 000 euros. Et elle a besoin de l'argent maintenant et c’est pourquoi je m'adresse à vous aujourd'hui! Adele est infiniment reconnaissante du soutien et de l'amour que vous, ses amis et sa famille, lui avez apporté  au cours de ce long et douloureux parcours et nous savons combien il peut être difficile de demander à nouveau de l'aide.
